The idea behind it is cool, it doesnt really work though 
Oveur already posted CCP knows about the problem and that theyre looking into changing the system.

Prime example of how NOT to post a request or state an opinion. Nothing constructive means you look just so lame.
Conscider this, Not everyone wants Fleet Battles. And before POS people were screaming and drooling for it. Why? Because it's something else to do!

Come on man, I rarely mine to make my money, but doesn't mean I think it should be removed. I have not even bothered looking at the stats for most pos, unless attacking one, but I don't think it should be removed. I have never used an R&D agent but, guess what, I don't think they should be removed! Why? Because I know there are other people in the game, not just myself, and accept that everything in the game is not just there for my sole benefit, and that which works against me should be branded as dumb and removed. I lost 2 ships to a COSMOS complex today, big deal. I still think they should stay if thats a similar problem you are having. But your failure to actually explain what your problem is only leaves speculation on your reasons.
