Yeah freakin' screw that. It already pops up in red letters on show info, that's more than enough. Right click > Insure Ship would be kinda nice though I suppose (not everyone likes those big fancy buttons on the right). As long as it was in station only.

I only want the option when it's available... (in station).
I find opening the Insurance button and waiting for the damn interface to acquire insurance information on ALL of my ships is a real PITA. It's fairly laggy, and then I have to search and find my ship amoung the many. Since I trade/move shps enough to regularly void insurance, insuring all shpis isn't a good choice (although that too would be a cool thing to have on the "insurance page").
Really, I fit up a replacement ship (10 seconds with the wonderful fitting window), and want to undock and attack , and would really like a right click, insure ship option to insure the ship quickly.
No more popups when I undock...
P.S. A 2-week notice that your ship insurance is about to expire would be interesting..... (that way I know what to go get blown up), but I wish this could be subtle...
If I can't get a right click option to insure the ship, at least give me a fitting window option to insure the ship!!!!!!!! |

I suppose a quick button in Fitting wouldn't hurt anyone. Nor would an "Insure all" button in the Insurance window. I could get behind such a feature as a convenience thing... |
