If you know it's coming, then why are you still sitting there? It's relatively easy to mitigate drops, covert cyno capable ships are all hilariously easy to kill; all covert ships are pretty easy to neutralize.
Every post you have made in this thread is backed up with nothing but misconceptions, bad information and zero research; Why are you proposing for drastic drawbacks to a relatively underused ship setup that really only gets used by bittervets and high skill point pilots anyway?
PvP in EVE is seperated into two distinct groups, there are the people that have done their research, theorycrafting and tested their findings in the field, and those who hear someone else ramble on about something in a channel, have no idea what they are doing, and refuse to take either advice or comment from people that actually know what they are talking about.
