No, she's the (former) child singer of some uber freakish viral videos you'll be saner to not watch. She still sings but obviously is no little girl anymore. this would go faster if I knew how to paint. coincidentally, as of yesterday I am registered for a 2D design class next semester.
perhaps I'm using Photoshop's layers as a crutch.
this will come together when the layers are complete and i can adjust them for color and brightness to make the image flow.

It's awesome to see how much detailwork in PS is necessary to bring the picture together! :)
I think, the hat reduces the intimacy of the scene too much, since Chloe now holds her cheek to that clumsy thingy. ;)
Also, i compared Zoe's new and old makeup quite a few times now and I must confess that the old one just looks and feels better. Perhaps sometimes a good thing should not tried to be improved further, haha.
Perhaps you can roll back to that makeup version of hers?
Her hair accentuation also looks awesome here, btw!

I know what you're talking about. I think it's the brightness and sharpness of the eyes that need to be adjusted. or something. lack of skill on my part 
yeah, well. all this work isn't necessary to get the effect I want, it's just the only way I know how
about the accelerated video... I might make a 20s gif using the twitch streams/after downloading them. I'll look for an appropriate program when I've completed this one.
