I am sure this has been asked before, but I'm going to ask for it now. I would like some regular glasses in this game. Not sun glasses. Not a monocle. Regular prescription glasses. (It would be nice to have them in a few styles) If you wanted to, you could change the prescription glasses to sunglasses by simply changing the lens colors. (People actually can go out and buy sun glasses and take it to their doctor too change the lenses to prescription glasses)
I am sure a lot of the players out there try to make their alts look like them. I am also sure that a lot of people who play this game wears prescription glasses. |

Uuuummm... sure?
Your logic is somewhat sound.
However, from a storyline standpoint, even though my original body needed prescription glasses I'd certainly raise hell if my new clone body did as well.
They aren't genetic copies of us. They basically grow blanks that don't even have brains, and there is a process to quickly grow a brain in the shape and with the same neural pathways of the scan, and bodysculpt it to your specifications before waking you up.
Making sure your clone is up to date represents a visit to the station to give them time to make adjustments prior to the need, so the copy can be closer to the original, completed faster, etc... You lose skill points to data degradation when you don't maintain a quality clone. But it's still just a generic body created from biomass soup altered to superficially look like 'you'.

I'd still like something like Google Glass: a tiny, futuristic heads-up display or augmented reality interface that's visible from the outside too. It would be awesome on trader characters, displaying scrolling stock tickers or similar data (or just any repeating or random pixel pattern, since it's too small to read anyway on the portrait). |

"Clones are manufactured using biomass. Modern methods allow pretty much any kind of biomass to be used. The best clones are constructed from human cadavers, but anything from animal carcasses to organic soups can be used. Using lower quality materials requires more extensive structuring and chemical processes and introduces a greater risk for error in the transfer of the customer's features."
Still, there's no reason for us to have deficient eyesight. I could, however, get behind the notion of having maybe another style of sunglasses. |

Sure, definitely a low risk addition for CCP.. but I'd rather see player-designed clothing implemented. including glasses (however you want to make them) |

I would like to see new regular and sun glasses. Also, they need to add some new clothes with some color. (Why is my choices only black, gray, and white?) (If CCP really wants to take this character clothing to the next level, then they would allow 3rd party companies/people to make some like PlayStation Home) |
