It is allowed, afk is not the same as using a botting program, which is against the EULA. |

if you can build a ship to do it, then your free to do it,.
i suspect with the changes to NPC AI you will probably come back and find your drones dead however. |

the only known exception to AFK droneboats being OK has been some hisec cosmos complexes, where people afking 23/7 and letting sentry drones pull bounties for them 23/7 was supposedly frowned upon.
i just locked an open door.. strange, yet symbolically compelling. |

NPC's have new AI now so they will kill your drones. AFK mission running is impossible now. |

i recall something about being AFK w/ drones in high-sec COSMOS areas. CCP declared it exploit. Maybe someone would care to find link and all this stuff |

not altogether true, with the MJD and sentries one need only really micromanage the beginning. So long as htey are far out, the angVelocity will allow caldari sentries to kill even the fleetest of frigates long before they are problematic. |
