NORAD is a proud alliance that have played a big part of eve history for a very long time and are known for its values and morale. We have however suffered bad days aswell as good days. Many of you might have considered us dead for awhile when imperium was the main population in the Outer Ring. But we survived and our forces are ones again growing. And to mark the start of a new dawn we have decided to look over who are still friends and who is enemy.
One week from this announcement all standings in NORAD will be RESET for friends and foes alike, except our favourite Syndicate Pirates of course.
If you still want to travel safe in Outer Ring and Syndicate with out NORAD aggression please contact us a.s.a.p and your standing will be evaulated and set right away. We will continue in old NORAD manner NOT to shoot at neutrals we come across.. we will however kick out anybody without good standings from Outer Ring and QS-FVH / SKX-PL in Syndicate

If i am not mistaken...Outer Ring is not yours to start claiming it is...and you can try to kick us out...same old story we had from IMP...so get your facts right before posting.

well sometimes I think it best if loud mouths shut up sometimes so before we cause his htread to be locked ect I'll just shut up, please just take our forum announcment for what it is though, an attempt at working out who is still friend and who is for who is potential friend and potentiel foe, the area around were we live has changed lots from bob coming in to lots of x imperium corps around soemtimes alliances need to reavaluate there situation and thats what we are attemtping todo over the next week.

Outer Ring was always our or shall i say mine 
becouse am the only one whome truly defend OR aganist inruders whole my eve life true some time i was outnubered but always put up the fight and always showing who is land lord here

I dont think Norad are "claiming" outerring, they are meerly saying they still want it, and are fighting for it, this means they need to kill everything that lives in it now in order to get it back to how it was when they had it.
If not then well norad are stupid  .

Hmmmm, I don't see Evo pilots around. Lots of BNC  though. Ask them where we are. If your looking in 4C it's no wonder you don't see many of us. We are still in OR though.
