They do consult with the "quiet ones" but its usually thier decision in the end. These people are: In order of OMGNESS: Sirmolle (For comical value aswell) Blacklight Chowdown Stan Seleene CMD WoWlouse Galavet Evil Thug Fuffel ( <3 his posts, locked in 5 seconds!!) Nearly all alliances have 1, probly accept PA, cos they dont have any compotent people that would be able to lead, and F-E because they have probly remade NSA Council and have even made a little puppet of Alex Belani with a speech bubble that has "Go **** yourself" written in just to keep them in line.
