More than any of these guys i would say the ISD people. Its one thing to flame on the forums, it takes something on a totally new level to delete posts and ban users. Plus, they can get to Polaris and Jove space.

Istvaan Shogaatsu -boisterous, full of himself, a showman, but not a braggart--GHSC doesn't have to brag. 2. Sir Molle - goes without saying. 3. Jade Constantine - Even without a forum voice (admittedly her most powerful weapon), she still has an aura when her name is brought up in the forums, and JF for good or ill (depending upon whom you speak) never fails to bring up a reaction. 4. Seleene - Making Mercenaries viable. That alone stands for much and more. 5. Trigger- Stain. 6. Cyvok - Celes-- again, goes without saying. 7. Saarkos - For making the brave choice to go the RP route and make it work. 8. TankCEO - for a name that dredges up fear and loathing amongst old timers, and scares the kiddies before bed. 9. Velios - For BPC's and a corp that's stood the test of time. 10. Rod Blaine - Current Forum maester with a clue. "No power in the 'verse can stop us now!"

The leaders of the most visible (for whatever reason) corporations outside the big alliances are close second.
