Yes, we do have a Navy. It's fairly limited in size, drawing on reserves from ISS as a whole.

A friend of mine was a member of ISS Navy before having to take a leave of absence from EVE (lousy colege IT filters) and he had a pretty good time with it, plenty of PVP as ISS attract a lot of pirate/griefer attention.

I don't mean to be rude, but I do have to concur here. In all the times The Establishment has hit ISS targets, we've never been met by any kind of ISS military force. At least not in the way for example FIX or ASCN may respond to us.
Though I suppose in retrospect, since ISS doesn't claim any part of space like other Alliances, it makes it hard to centralise their forces and respond accordingly.
