Want to form a fleet with my buddy, who is in my address book with excellent standings (and vice versa). CCP wants me to pay the CSPA service charge. OMGWTFBBQ!!! Since when this nonsense??? |

Did not happen before. The CSPA charges apply to unknown toons. Should not apply to toons who are in my address book afaik.

There is a CSPA charge set, and this is for good reason. The CSPA amount was not changed, the OS and EVE installs were also not changed. Maybe something happened after the last patch? Nobody else had this problem? |

All I can say is you could try removing and adding them back to addressbook and resetting the standings to see if it clears things. Maybe even clearing cache and relogging if nothing else works.
