Highlights include:

Jump Drive Operation 5

This char has some mixed skills as I started training it for solo lvl 4s using drones, when I had done that I was aiming for a carrier and then it got switched to a miner aiming for an Orca. It can be in a carrier in 3 days, in an Obelisk in a week or in an orca in 12 days. The lack of focused training will be reflected in the price I am willing to take.
With the Logi skills this would be a great Incursion moneymaker and with the upcoming changes to Hybrid weapons it may turn into a sweet investment.
