I have a suggestion to add to our on-going battles in empire. A little after dinner mint extending the experience of an eveningÆs PvP.
What if we claimed alternating belts, say F-E, NBSI, PA get the odd belts and Five, -V- and SA get the even belts.
Now we posture our forces in a grand parade within our own belt. We get our best tankers and demonstrate our awesome fire power by launching rockets and firing small turrets at our tanks. Obviously not to kill the tank, but to demonstrate an incredibly high volume of flying objects. We can also demonstrate our power by launching a maximum number of scout drones.
Then the enemy can send a single noob ship into the belt to witness the grandeur of the demonstration for 5 or 10 minutes. He can frap the awsome display. After which he will sacrifice himself to this great armada, demonstrating his courage. And we can all bask in the computational wonder of the spectacle.

LMAO subtle...
One thing though, you forgot the 89234798724459687245 secure cans. You know...as a demonstration of the respective alliances' anchoring skills. Maybe arrange them in patterns and independant pilots from all over the universe could come and view the art, perhaps by firing thier own missles at the worst ones, until only 1 piece of artwork remains...

Good point but since we will obviously conducting our War of the Flowers in 1.0 system they will have to be jet cans with a single piece of veld in them.
ROFL would that be cool ! some newb in a Ibis can't see the rocks because the belt is veritable snow storm of jet cans ! Too funny !

or the combined fleets can possitions themselves at every gate and station in jita and activate smb all at the same time...would be funny to watch concord try and deal with that

lol i wonder if it would be an exploit if enough of us trigger concord at the same time so the whole node dies and we ALL survive.

Good point! No sense doing it anywhere but Oursulaert, really. You know...to get the biggest... "reaction". 
That brings up another point. Obviously, this massive display of power would be pointless without something against which to measure it. Maybe you should try to contact some of the NPC alliances. I think some of the agents in the system could point a few pilots in the right direction. No combat of course, just get them into the area...

No I am not trying to do that, our choices for playing the game are independant of the hardware.
Just like CCP can innovate a great new concept like sovereignty, and POS wars.
We can choose to innovate our own form of ritualistic warfare that just happens to crash every node that we conduct it upon. Who knows? Maybe the new hard drive can take it?

hard drives were only half the problem... CPU processing power is the other... It would be nice for CCP to upgrade to using crays to run the nodes, but its not gonna happen anythime soon
