Also, demanding a refund for being unable to play is a bad idea. If the playerbase as a whole were entitled to refunds just for potential game time lost, CCP would lose millions to players with jobs, classes, kids to pick up to and from school, out-of-town vacations, sleep schedules...

You got offered a crap-ton of solutions. I can play just fine. Nearly every player has done what was said works... what CCP themselves say works. A fix came out today that makes it so you don't have to do the workaround.

They are there. When I made a petition to reactive an old account they literally responded in 5 minutes lol.
Same rule for bizziness everywhere. If they can get something out of you, they are there in a flash. When you need something from them, they are no where to be found. |
