You can do either one of these:
- Run repair.exe --buildno=540788 --safemode
- Download and execute this installer and point it at your Singularity installation

What worked for me: Install option 2, wait for the launcher to start, close the launcher (before it is really patching the client), restart the launcher through normal link, let it patch (should be a small patch). - Close EVE
- Download and install the patch, pointing to Sisi folder
- When the launcher starts at the end of install, close it
- (I had to manually kill the "launcher.exe" process in my task manager here, as it kept running)
- Start with your normal SISI shortcut
- Let it update
I did these steps, also had the launcher.exe process issue, started through my normal shortcut and I've gotten http://i.imgur.com/8mCbf9M.png?1Every time. Maybe someone knows if I've made a mistake here? If there's a debug.log in your EVE installation root, or under the launcher or launcher\cache folders could you paste it to pastebin for me? If you're getting a message saying process running, it could be a dead process from the previous EVE Launcher, so either kill it via Task Manager or use taskkill /f /im "launcher.exe" but only if you're sure of the fact that launcher.exe applied to the EVE Launcher! I don't want you terminating another launcher.exe that you're actively using! Product Owner, EVE Launcher | Team Special Circumstances |

Also, the when you run the downloaded installer, it will autostart against TQ. Just close it and restart it with your Singularity shortcut and it should be fine. Product Owner, EVE Launcher | Team Special Circumstances |

Can you try clearing the Launcher's cache folder? Product Owner, EVE Launcher | Team Special Circumstances |
