It lacks some of the newer and rarer storylines, like Unauthorized Mining, some roid, aggro info and exact rat types are out of date. But most of what matters in common missions are still the same.
After Odyssey removes gun dmg bonus, Domi will be even more anemic in dps than it is now. With no t2 sentries, only t2 in lights, and only 3 mil SP into drones, it's not a big waste yet. At this point, you may as well just ditch drones and go for a nice AC or laserboat.
Consider a navy geddon. It fields a full set of 5 sentries, along with extra room for lights/meds, to augment guns. That drone sp isn't wasted. 1.1k dps at ~65km, 1.3k at ~30km.

Pirate BS is getting rebalanced, and they haven't said how yet. Then again, Rattler is already underpriced for a pirate BS, can't imagine price dropping further.

Ive flown it before and had great success with it in l4s just not solo. and ive got V / IV shield tanking
You don't know how they're going to change it. CCP has done weird stuff to ships before.
