Just wondering how many ships have been lost in total in the 5+Friends vs NBSI+PA+FE war ...
The red blobs are now a familiar appearance in the map when you choose the option "ships destroyed in the last 24H"
Would be great to know a total number of losses in both sides only if it can only estimate the total number. 300 ? 400 ?

About ~1550 killmails and ~480 lossmail entrys since the beginning of the war on our killboard ( includes everything tho, alt scouts, pods, victims not related to the war etc. couldnt figure out a way / i am to lazy to get exact numbers. )
I'm quite sure this thread will be in flames in about 2 hours tho.

As in most wars it looks to be the industrialists who are the real winners =)

Hi there is no way to tell you that becuase no1 got a 100% acurate killboard. Even tough we try to make it acurate its damm hard..
However i can give you are few numbers from NBSI killboard
Total kills so fare in the war is: 506 kills (5.2 bilions) Total losses so fare in the war is: 388 losses (4.25 bil)
and that just for NBSI and we are on of the smallest alliance in the war..the big alliance like 5 F-E PA got them alot higher. Also NBSI and V before the emp wars was alrdy shooting eachother in GW region. kills and losses there was close to 20bil in both kills and losses.. So my geuss for all the losses and kills is prop around 500bil for all alliance..
But again all those numbers is just a number and there is no way to know that for sure...

As antoinette pointed out, this is total number of killmails we have had for the duration of the war, and not the total number of NBSI/PA/F-E kills.
We are currently working on getting the facility to be able to access that kind of information.
I for one have kill and loss mails to post, but have been busy and not playing this weekend (anyone else log off after getting podded and go and do something else?).
I am thoroughly enjoying the war so far, and have seen some smack in equal measures from all sides... but for the most part it has been clean and enjoyable.
As for losses sustained it's an interesting thing to try and measure. Losing a BS or a HAC can be crippling for some players, however it can be a daily occurance for others and have no effect. As the corps the 5 are at war with have a recognised industrial base I would expect them to suffer more losses, but be able to sustain the losses with relative ease (I am not saying this is what's happening).
