10.24.05- In a swift and shocking move today, covert operatives dealt Rona corp and Imperium alliance a crippling blow. This action was in retaliation for a previous attack, where several non-combatants were slaughtered. As a result, covert agents were placed in low level positions in Rona corp, for the sole purpose of awaiting an opportunity to strike. Early on the morning of 10.24.05, these agents, in cooperation with other forces, legally removed an estimated 5 billion in isk and material, including but not limited to, war production, logistics, and basic operation resources.
As a result, this strike has left not only Rona ,but also Imperium, militarily, financially, and morally crippled.
In conclusion, let this be a lesson to "Mega corps" and Alliances that although your might may place you in great power, with that power comes responsibility. If it is taken lightly and abused, this power is turned against them. There are always other ways of fighting a war than a 50 battleship fleet. A single person with resourcefulness and drive can be far more dangerous.

Rona is still pretty well off and the execs have written it off as a 5 Billion loss, but a corporation like Rona is much more then isk.
Imperium is not much affected by what you did, other then making us a closer coalition of allies.
He is right about this being a lesson to ôMega Corpsö. The lesson is never give directors rights even for a moment, no matter what the situation, to anyone you do not have a real life personal relationship with.

I know u give urself to much credit!!! This is a very low act that would not have been possible in any other world than EVE. Because of the fact that CONCORD does not allow the tracing of transactions in case of theft (what kind of police condones these sort of actions?! CONCORD sux) any victim is unable to retaliate except for against a insignifacant noobcorp member that is in no way related to the actual thieves.
I say that CONCORD should divulge the information concerning the laundering of said stolen goods. Because 420duck probably has already transfered funds,ships and modules to his "employer's" corp in order to be actually able to use the stolen goods. I think CONCORD should enable all concerned parties to retaliate against the corp that has become very wealthy over the backs of a hardworking alliance by misuse of EVE machanics!

If you're going to claim credit for a heist like this at least have the cahones to use your real name. Well done on trying to inflate your own self worthiness by claiming responsibility for something you've supposedly done with an alias, classy move sugar.
Oh and while we're on the subject, if you think stealing 5bil worth of assets is going to cripple a corp as big RONA then you're one hell of a fool. Anyone serious or smart enough wouldve worked their way right to the top and stolen everything, stripped everyone of their roles and booted as many corp mates out as they could, thats real chaos; what you did was well executed greed.
In a few days when this is old news, you and what you claim to have done will have been forgotten aswell. If you thought you'd make yourself a legend by pulling this stunt you thought wrong, in this day and age, 5billion isk is small time, and so are you

Meh 5 billion isn't much. People like the MC can afflict billions in damages in a week. And unless you got all their T2 BPO's then you haven't damaged them at all really.

Honestly kid, from the looks of it you did a **** poor job 'crippling' RONA by stealing a measly 5 bil from them. All you did was ruin their members' hard work. So yea, way to go in ruining the days of the CEO -- I hope you get the avian flu.
Oh, and I'm sure you're going to reprocess your character -- since I'm sure the eve community will unite to kill such a lowlife. At least own up to it and don't hide behind an alt. Actually, go play WoW -- EVE doesn't want you.

Uniting a corp behind a common goal - rebuilding - is not the best way to morally cripple them FYI.
Today I'm wearing my black armband, but tomorrow I'll be working -- working with the rest of RONA to rebuild what you destroyed.

I know these Rona folks, I was Rona for years, and this is just a minor bump in their road for them. I wouldn't be surprised if this does not energize them and make them even stronger.
Oh, and who are you to lecture mega-corps on how to run things? You could have stolen even more if you actually knew what you were doing and planned this correctly. Don't make this sound like you were "placed" there for this purpose. You were supposed to have been given only temporary access to certain things so that you could help out the corp and access wasn't removed after the fact. You did not "gain trust" over many years of hard work and move up the ladder, rather some hapless exec forgot to undo a temporary setting.
To the Rona execs, please tighten up security.

I doubt RONA really concerns themselves too much with the loss of some BPC's, as has been the theme of this thread, isk can be made pretty easily, I sure dont know the secrets :P but unless you're the proud new owner of an entire pirated BS fleet and all their T2 BPO's, then you've really accomplished little.
And bragging about being a "covert op" astermind then posting with an alt is uncool mmk??
Grow a set and post it with your main... Everyone else in here has.

You haven't crippled anything
you rather made an involuntary trade-off of 5bill against a more united RONA, strengthened in will and fortitude as well as increasing support for them as they have become victims of a cowardly act.
IMO you guys just got the short straw as your gonna be facing within weeks a more strengthened, harder and more determined enemy. That "mega-corp" (which has btw gained the respect of MANY other corps and even alliances) just got a boost of strength in the form of hardline determination.
Good luck to your sucky corp which is about to get so pwned.

well a robbery was pulled off assets have been redistributed to original poster what do u intend to do with youre newly acquired assets - bring them into some of the low sec regions and palm off on he cheap - boosting the markets in syndicate - aridia and khandid prime might be ag ood move.
