Mid slots I went for a disruptor, web and 3x sensor boosters. It sucked :/ I tried it against a plated Thorax with active hardners, it couldnt tank it but took a long time to take down. Should I try out 350 rails before I completely give up on a gank setup? Personally I prefer my nos+uber tank setup, but thought I'd try something new.

Yup that certainly would suck :P There are a couple of minor problems with that setup. Basically, going up against a cruiser is not the smartest thing to do in any version of this setup. Battleship Rails have poor tracking, and its pretty (very) easy for them to get under your guns, at which point you have to rely entirely on your drones to do damage. Secondly, 1 large armour rep is hardly going to tank a well setup frigate, let alone an 8-drone toting blaster cruiser. Therefore Mids: Same as before High: 6 350m II Low: 3x MFS II, however many PDU/RCU to make this fit Drone bay: EW drones I suspect would be outright nasty :)
