Nail on the head. Torps/cruise need to have the sig radius penalty vs. cruisers and cruiser-sized ships (HACs) reduced. Please note that I'm not including frigs in this statement, though I wouldn't argue if the devs wanted to reduce the effect of small sig radius on them, either.
In any case, large missiles vs. cruisers need work. Large turrets vs. cruisers are fine.
On a side note, heavy missiles vs. frigs need some love, as do medium turrets vs. frigs (cruisers are supposed to be able to kill frigs effectively, just like battleships are supposed to be able to kill cruisers).

so ur cruise missiles do more than 70% of their max dmg to hacs??? yes?? well my t2 425s with 2 tracking comps can not hit a deimos at anything under 15km, about 20km weak hit, needs to be >30km to get any hits at all
and that is with me dedicating 2 mid slots to tracking
if ur nubs self dedicate 2 target painters in your mids for anti frigs/crusier
the deimos sig does from 160*1.3*1.2=250 (if i remembered correctly that first one adds 30% second one adds 20%)
so with 250sig radius, your missiles do max damage if using cruise and ur torps do 62.5% dmg
now ur crying that raven cant kill a hac? well it can i assure u ive seen it done
plus seems like ur complaining turret users find it hard to easy to kill hac which is true but we need to fit, web + clsoe range guns (15km anyone?) + tank + nos ect
if u fit 6 cruise, 2 heavy nos, em,therm, kin, xl booster, cap inj, painter, in lows 5 t2 bcu
if using that u dont *****any hac in game, then ur skills are ****. stop complaining, the raven is over powered, it needs a nerf when it comes to bs vs bs
