KrakizBad	Posted - 2005.10.25 20:37:00 - [1] You read the description right. For the first time an official statement regarding the retention of stain assets. SEL was always intended to help the members of the alliance. When Cujo took command of the alliance he seized all assets and took away all rights. All the people that had originally helped design the system and monitored it were stripped of all responsibility, or so Cujo thought. A few members were selected to help make sure the alliance assets were always used for the good of the alliance. These members were given the shares of the holding corp. When a majority of SE members had decided to join SA then the few left to decide the fate of the assets took what action they could. A vote was brought up to replace the CEO of the corporation. During this vote there is a 24 hr. period in which everything was up for grabs. After the 24 hr's everything was frozen and Cujo and Amar CEO realized what had happend. This is when accusations of theft started flying around the forums. They made the process sound like a petty hangar gank and there was no defence. The truth is this was not Cujo's private stock, though it had been treated like it. No action had been taken before because we were letting Cujo have the chance to do good things in his tight grip way. The things did not happen. All the SE corps needed to do was join SA and they would still have what belongs to stain. About 80% of SE joined SA which means that the alliance gathered assets would be better suited in the hands of the majority. Things were kept quite because they didn't want people to think anything of them. I am coming forward to say that I initiated the vote. I was handed the responsibility by Chakka to make sure stain assets stayed in the right hands. I happend was 100% right, nor was it 100% wrong. In times of political turmoil decisions are made on a daily bases that affect lots of people. The reason no one has come forward yet is that some were afraid of the reprecusions. I have seen people get blamed on the forums with no bases and have noticed lots of confusion over the issue. I have decided to come forward as the responsible party because I initiated the vote. There are no alts here. I am KrakizBad. I live in BZ-0GW. I work for the benefit of Stain and always have. If you must have somewhere to point a finger for things you perceive as bad, point it here. p.s.- I'll put the kettle on

AND i might add that alllll members in SEL could still view the wallet and all hangars. It was to prevent security breach, which obviously Failed. I will say it was a good and clever manouver BUT theft never the less. So dont give all that number bullsh1t cause those of you who left SE left behind your assets, your honour, your trust. Stain Empire had very little, to no assets, when Cujo took control of it. In fact, probably 95% of eve's personal wallets/hangers were more packed with assets than Stain had. As part of SE, whatever activities were conducted to gain isk/assets were the assets of SE, not the majority vote. So, when you decide to leave SE (as a mojority vote or not), you should have left behind SE's assets, as they were obtained by THAT organization, again, not the majority vote. Also, as you left SE and joined SA, you used the ability to undermine SE because of access you had while you were in SE to better SA. This is called stealing. You can sugarcoat this however you want, but you used an access you would not have had unless you were trusted and in SE. Kind of like stealing from the company you work at, because alot of you want to go and work across the road, and they "needed" whatever you took. Perfectly legal, right? Because you were the popular vote, it makes it right? I think not. If you want to have some balls, then that is shown in game, but if you want to tell the truth, then just write that you stole it cause you had access and wanted the assets. Now, telling the TRUTH in public not necessarily shows you have balls, but atleast gives you some creditibility while you are sitting in the gutter full of crap. Khonn

If they joined the alliance at a later date, they are not founding members and can't claim any stake. Whatever. This is the crap I log in to avoid and it always comes up cause some tampon sniffers take this game way too seriously. Have fun with your SA. I hear catch is quite nice this time of year...

They found a loophole, bully for them. Learn from it and close the loophole. There has never been an alliance I have worked with yet that I have benefitted from their taxes anyway. I wanted all cheap accusations to stop and let everyone know that if they see any slander on the forums hinting it was someone other than me then it is an unfounded statement meant to attack that individual. I realize this may stir up some stink but that was not my intention. As for the whole SE/SA thing. What is in a name Romeo? The members make the alliance, not the name.

Primary from the previous Stain Alliance, and from the members corps hard work. Most of those member corps decide to join the new SA and its theft for them to take back what is theirs, what comes from their hard work? You sir, have a serious failure to understand logic
