In the first battle I was in Esildra's Rokh fleet. We did pretty well avoiding bombers for about an hour then the FC had a screenfreeze. I've asked him about it and he told us to warp immediately after we MJDed and bombers decloaked in our new spot but we heard nothing but silence until it was too late. So we got bombed. -1 Rokh,
I did manage to warp out in my pod between bombs (thanks tidi) and took the jb to go home the long way via jumpbridge. (I hate losing my pod, implants don'tca know).
I grabbed a Scimi Sperg Squad had lent me and came back in that and healed like a boss. (Squads are like player-made mini-corps that allow people to experience a closer social grouping than we would otherwise in a 14000 people alliance). I even persuaded the other logi in my fleet to heal cross-fleet so we may have saved some lives that way.
Last night I was in Dingo's Rokh fleet. It was awesome alphaing elite pvp wankers in their T3s but bombers drove us off field. And sadly I missed killing Richter, a bitter ex-Test player because our dps was so well organised and disciplined that some of us got "the target is no longer there" when we shot even though it felt like we were pressing the button immediately. Around this time Elise was threatening to disband PL because they were so bad at following primaries.
Eventually I got void bombed and while my MJD was slowly cycling more bombs came in before I jumped and they killed me. Fortunately only a couple of Rokhs were caught in that run and my friends survived.
I got my pod out again (did I mention I hate losing my pod?) and bounced to the jb. Which was bubbled. So 10 mins of slowboating to the bridge at 140 m/s, Bleh.
Reshipped into the loaner scimi and backup FCs efficiently herded me back to 1-S. Quickly dropped fleet for some more sweet sweet Dingo action. Had to wait in the POS a bit then joined. I'd brought armour drones which was useful as several people had armour damage. But the fight was mostly over and we moved on to shooting SBUs and POSes.
1-SMEB. I was there.
What did you do in the war, granddad? |

You sound British on comms so I'm guessing it was an early start for you too? :)
Oh don't even.....
I had been out with a small gang of Cormorants harassing PL in their staging system at KFIE earlier with the goal of making them tired out IRL.
The strat op started 3am my time. I'd had 90m sleep. It finished for me at 7.30am. And I was too hyped to sleep.
I just took an afternoon nap and have just woken up at 10pm.
This damn game..................

So how's your 30000 man coalition doing against a third of your numbers. Oh, wait, I missed a zero, it's a THIRTIETH of your numbers.
Not well, Mittens has just posted an evac your **** to highsec, the sky is falling SOTG.

Not many of these guys are actual goons these days, they just registered a SA account after they started playing Eve badposted in the cookery forum for a couple of months pretending to be interested then applied to the internet spaceships guild and stopped using SA.
It does make the owner of SA a lot of $10 fees though (including years ago ten of my bucks). Happily for both sides my devious and subtle infiltration was rumbled when the friend I joined with posted an introduction saying "HAI Guyz we're here to join your internet spaceships guild" even though I had told him not to.
Grrrr people. |

If you like pvp and you don't like TEST you're a complete idiot. Everyone comes down to fight us because we always undock we have tons of new people and if we lose we just reship and come back for more. NC and PL have never had so much fun.
In a nullsec full of risk averse people we're an alliance full of FCs who will lose half a fleet to get some kills and go home happy.
In fact we haven't had an alliance turn tail and run away from us since...
Oh yeah, Black Legion's retreat from Sakht which led to a minor failcascade and Noir dropping you guys like a hot brick.
Also you literally have no clue about the South (which is maybe why you did so badly down here last time). |

Shadoo brought caracals against fleelo's muninns. BL dics built a minecraft-esque dic bubble wall to hide behind then ran away. |

I was there again tonight but rather wished that I hadn't been.
PL offered us a T1 cruiser brawl as a POS came out of reinforced. We formed up in 4 different fleets, Tribe brought up a fleet, Goons also formed up in T1 cruisers. Then we heard NC. had come in Dreads.
We quickly reshipped to serious ships. bridged in, repped the POS. Waited inside the POS shields for about 30 minutes then were told to log off.
A strategic win, some losses were incurred by people who had trouble getting inside the POS shields. Dull evening though. |
