For some reason or another, whenever I try to load in with a specific character, the load line gets about half way then hangs, and the game will not load. My other character works fine tho.
ANyone else have this problem, and/or a workaround?

I'm also having this problem as of 9 minutes ago. I was mining, got attacked, and tried to warp out. My client crashed and now I've got the problem you're describing - halfway through "Entering game as Selic".

Hmm. I'm in now. Looks like waiting about 10 minutes works. Logged back in to find my ship warping. How lucky I am. :)

Havingthe same problem here, 31/10, started with my client refused
to accept any commands, but still able to see whats happening in
space, relogged and now its halted halfway with Entering Game as..
Anymore having this problem today ?

I am having this problem too. I just defragged before i tried to log in and thought something might have gotten corrupted, but it seems there is a problem with the server if other people are having this problem too.
So whats the deal CCP?

Same problem. I wasn't able to right-click to warp to stations/safe spots/etc. so I logged out and tried to log in. Now I'm just sitting here waiting to log in at about half-bar.

How may of you had this problem right after complaining about the droneing changes..

Yep same here,
can't log in any longer... was target practicing in my raven vs an eagle of my corpmate... both lagged out :(

It is happening also to me...in the middle of a lvl4 kill mission, first the client crashed then I logged again but the logging stop to "Entering game as...." After some minutes I manege to get in. Now again I docked at station to relaod ammo and the trade the undloading were all really slow. Then logout and the same problem again to log with "Entergin game as...."

Same problems here, was doing a mission and noticed the client not accepting any commands, so I logged and when I came back in, the client stopped at 'entering game as XX...'. Rebooted, to no avail. My other account's char, in another system, now shows the same issue.

Same issue here.. I was able to load the char. after about 10 tries.. but I cant read Mail. See Agents In station, Access my Stuff in station ... hmmmm

Also noticing the player count dropping dramatically, this could be a big problem.

I have one account who eventually managed to log in, and is now playing the game fully, including evemail, chat, etc. I have another account which can login but then sees nothing in the overview, can't read mail or chat, etc. Very odd.

Myself and everyone i know of got hit by the most severe case of lag i've ever seen... I had just launched scanprobes.
A few minutes pass ok, but probes didnt show a result.
I just got a moros on scanprobes and was telling my gang where to warp, when i dropped with all but 3 people in the system and corp.
Not cool.

Same here too i logged out just as i was docking, now won't let me log in. Same as above goes halfway for car selec and hangs, but my alt will log in, my main was in jita my alt is in amarr space.

i empty'ed the cache folder, normally that resets the client, but that ain't working now :/
guess i have to wait to sell me amarr-loot :P

Having the same problem as most but i cant even switch characters cause it just goes to a black screen and nothing happens.
