Redlion is very right about the jammer tower, the one in that thread is a good setup and just as annoing to attack. But remember, if someone wants that tower to be destroyed, there is nothing that can really stop them apart from a big fleet :)

an enyo with neutron II blasters deals a really good dps, and if your looking for a caldari ship then a harpy with neutron II's and a gistii a shield booster can take on any 0.0 spawn
