Is there a chance it can get a AfterBurner bonus instead of the MWD...
Only reason is that nobody use i for pvp.. and complex/deadspace dont allow MWD's...

using a 600 mill BS for pvp is crazy! and i'm not counting the equippment cost - i doubt these "many people" are a big percentage of the total number of Vindicator pilots... can Vindicator pilots pls say something here too.. thanks

its not a 600mil BS, its the same price as any other BS, its just the players who build them sell them on for that price, the base price is the same(ish) as any other tier 2 bs so your argument is invalid.
if some1 wants 1, they pay for it, if not, dont, also modifying its abilities to suit mission runners is a joke.

Every blasterthron pilot moans like hell for a thron that doesnt get its cap sucked dry in seconds (their a bit retarded tho to expect any ship with a MWD to be able to perform at 100%), the vindicator provides this wet dream for them, it seems suitable for these people.

Well, I can't even fly Gallente ships, but wouldn't it be better just to make it an AB/MWD bonus instead of a strictly MWD bonus? This way both the carebears and those of us who like to poke at stuff with sharp, pointy sticks are satisfied.

the old 2nd dmg bonus wasn't replaced by the MWD, it was replaced for the now +5% tracking / lvl
with the extra mid u could use a 2nd web or tracking comp,....would have been nice to see such a destructive DPS machine

Because Afterburners dont use that much cap that they would require that bonus., MWD is another story alltogether.

im saying you dont have to pay 600mil, just dont use the ship, its supply and demand, if you want to pay 600mil for a ship that only costs 120ish mil in base minerals thats your concern, it doesnt mean the bonus's shoudl be alteres to suit a small and insignificant group of people that sit safe and play with their agents all day.

Sorry but your idea is terrible.
Afterburners and blasters don't mix, sure you light up like a Christmas tree when you burst fire your MWD, but at least you will get into contact with the enemy.
The Vindicator bonus is awesome; awesome to the point where you can start to think about non-cap booster setups with high skills.

Who says they are a small group, you know that as a fact? cuz part of the reason making this thread was to understand what Vindicator pilots think and how many of them agrees... also i believe NPC hunting is a big part of eve................

i said replace the MWD bonus with a AB bonus. it can be speed or cap...

Have you ever PvPed? If so, you'd have seen that a MWD on a blasterthron (or autocannon tempest, for that matter) is vital, but requires the use of cap booster charges to keep in operation long enough to get to the target. Something that actually reduces the cap used by MWD is a god-send for people who fly these types of ships.

hehe i agree - though i always thought most of the Vindicator pilots used the ship for NPC hunting... and most of the time when you against a NPC you're in a deadspace mission or maybe some of us do hard complex runs... but so far it seems like ppl are uber rich and fly these fancy bships for pvp.. and soem just have problems with me making a point

If all you do is simple deadspace stuff or complex's why would you use or risk a vindicator in the first place over a normal megathron.
doesnt matter if its pvp or in a complex/pve'ing the ship is at risk, that 600+mil can go bang just as easily in pvp as it can in pve.

theres still the risk, just wait until some doguenut comes here the day after the next patch and complains he lost his faction ship from lag while doing a lvl4 agent mission after a crucial patch day.

nice... not many ppl are as rich as you though... i think for most of us it's a one time thing to buy a faction BS... and i still think that most of Vindicator pilots use it for NPC'ing.......... ???????
