Unfortunately, I have to post this from an alt, so as not to give my enemies a clue of my intentions. That aside, I wonder if i can ask people for a small helping hand?
I've been training the past few weeks Corp and Megacorp Management, both to lv5, because I need Empire Control to create an alliance. I've been unable to find any information on it anywhere, but a GM (in a petition where i asked this question) told me I'd need Empire Control Lv1. Finished training to that, and when trying to form the alliance, I get a message telling me 'You need the skill Empire Control'. Am i now right in assuming i have to train THIS skill to level5, at the cost of over a month?

Thats correct, u have to have both on level 5
Also a dictionary would help

2) Empire Control LVL 5
3) Create Your Alliance
Or option B:
Have a freind with Empire LVL 5 create the alliance for you... just hand him the 1b

Stain alliance got it wrong
they spelled it Stain Allaince.
And had to get it changed by ccp.

no stain alliance went through all the trouble of making there official in game alliance but spelt it wrong hence now everyone says you need a dictionary.
