I am looking for CEO's of smaller corporations to join our community.
A corp's feel and identity is very much based on the CEO and how you run things. That is unique to each corp and should not be lost. However this means that the smaller corps sometimes lose out on the larger fleet activites. Or even just having people to talk to when your corp is having a quiet night.
What we aim to do is bring people together from different corps and to simply grow the opportunities they have access to. Opportunities to interact with people, mining ops, mission groups, incursions, pvp...
If this sounds like something that might interest you, please mail me and I will contact you with my main.

Apologies for the late reply.. went on a little holiday planet side, back at work again :)
Concerning what I want to achieve/do... I'm looking to get together a community of people, whether they are in a player corp or NPC corp, where we have people to talk to, to join in mining ops, missions, incursions etc.
You might have 12 members who are loyal to you, but member X is a mission runner and doesn't tend to join the mining ops you run every day, so he starts feeling a bit left out, but doesn't want to leave corp, because he likes how you run it and his friends he made there... So joining the community he gets to fly missions with members of other corps and doesn't have to leave corp.
Or
You have a miner or 2, and the rest of corp does missions exploration, so they feel left out... The get to join a community mining fleet, gain the boosts from the fleet without leaving corp etc.
Or
I have a member who likes my corp but want some help learning to do exploration, so he has the members of your corp to talk to :)
I am simply trying to give people opportunities they would have in a larger corp without leaving their current corp, or joining an alliance where they have no say in how things are run or where the alliance is headed, simply because they don't have the required member numbers. |

CCP should invent a feature that lets corps join together with each other under mutual standings and have a chat for it and one corp leads it but everyone works together to do stuff, and, and, and, yea, sounds great. Lets call it "alliances" or something like that. Kainos Kerensky SOTR CEO "Prepare for teh Vandersex!" www.sotr-corp.com

Thanks for the sarcastic bump.

If you want you can call it a temporary alliance. A place for small corps to hang out, where they will have people to talk to, people to fly with, while their corp grows. Until the point where they are ready to join an alliance where they can actually have a say, or leave HS and go to null...
But then this is just my idea at an attempt to help smaller corp CEO's. |

Its sounds like to me his trying to creation a Coalition of corps that work together but keeping to their own goals while having the support of other maybe +5 (blues) for other events such as mining ops missions etc...
creation of a community that maybe later on could become an Alliance! |

Yes that is correct, although at this point I'm not too worried about the alliance creation tbh.
Smaller corps struggle to recruit mainly due to size, people want someone else online when they log on.. empty corp chat is not much fun. But if you have a second chat that's busy and where you have friends etc to join for fleets then staying in a small corp is not as bad.
Old Ambassador, Kelly was answered via mail, so... We are based in Amarr space, and not supporting any faction, we've got friends in ISC who have alts in FW, probably at least one for each faction :)
As for how many corps, I don't keep count. Some corps have a single member in ISC, others like Breathe. are all part of ISC. We also have a good number of NPC alts and mains hanging around. People who want some of the benefits of a player corp while needing the hauler alt free from wars.
Activities, we do the normal HS stuff, mining fleets and missions mainly. We also have an FC for an incursion group who hangs around as well as a fair number of members who run incursions and do exploration as well.
PvP is more done solo or as part of RvB ganked fleets or on the odd occasion when someone feels like leading a roam into LS.
Hope this answered your questions Looking for Miners and Mission Runners
