We are a group of 20 who can mine and transport at high levels and we are looking for a corp to assist us in this and we will split profit halfway.

Call me crazy, but I'm going to throw this out there.
You sound like a guy with 20 consoles wanting people to cover him while he runs a program that is not in accordance with the EULA.

Umm not really, everything is done legally. We need protection to make isk and will pay for it, it's that simple, atm we obviously can not do 0.0 alone.

I wouldnt recommend mining in any of these areas, contrary to what BoB would have you believe these regions are far from under control and i very much doubt whether they could defend you.
