Well, that a tier1 BS is the most damaging in the game does not sound correct, right. But I do not think that the drone changes will make the Geddon overpowered. The stacking change will bring it further back into the line. But it is a one trick pony, even with the new drones, because they are not that effective. But that remains to be seen by testing them.
I'm actually afraid of a 45km (with delay + bugs) 80% webber + 20km disruptor + tech 2 pulses. May allow the geddon to dictate range a fair bit better than an autotempest or blasterthron can.
We shall see...

Discussion is the best part about forums. All the crying and making of threats that changes like these bring up usually makes me laugh. Pondering the pros and cons of the changes is much better, more interesting and might even help the devs... yay!

I dont feel as bad about the drone # nerf now that the Dom, Vexor, and Ishy will have 50% to all damage now.
I still feel that they should have more drones, being that gallente are the 'drone masters'. Even 10 would be awesome, as we all agree that seeing a dozen or so X's flying madly to a target is a VERY cool feeling.
On a side note, what happened to scavenger drones? Loot is very tough to get as a BS in missions.

Been mentioned in either blog or dev post they're out; tractor beam is in.
