I also have Destroyer 4 which is nifty. This skill change was very convenient for me because I want to be able to fly every race's ships effectively one day, and thi so I've been spared quite abit of time. The only thing I don't like about the skill change is that i will probably punish new players who want to cross train. After the change it will probably take like 3 months (or more) to train BC 5 for every race, unless they plan to cut the training time for the skills (I hope they do, so other players still have the option to crosstrain).
