These problems started aprox 3 weeks ago with customers contacting you about it. You could have prevented this.

Im kind of curious on how you can be working on something. A tracert indicates trouble at a London ISP for me. |

Pls stop your bloated posts about the launcher. That's a different issue. There is an ISP problem atm most likely.
Do a 'tracert' in your OS and see for yourself... |

I can connect now from NL, although the client says the server is offline so I guess it's rerouted, a tracert to the original IP 87.237.38.200 still indicates trouble in London before it reaches the CCP IP.
The old launcher works, the new launcher works too but is in Russian. Thx Russians! |

The Russian is most likely an effect of some of the rerouting taking place, love it while it lasts. It's nothing to fear about, the cold war is over since many years. |

You don't need Steam, try to use the launcher in the EvE gamefolder (/bin/Exefile.exe) |

I tried using the one I set up as a trial account at first but when I logged in I had to make a new character. Now when i log in I have my old character.
Use the same login details you use to post on these forums. |
