bounties should be limited to half the base value of the ship they lose, if they have 500 mill bounty on them it just mean someone have to kill them many time to collect it all.
if a bounty payout allways was max 50% of the ship destroyed no abuse could happend. and someone with a bounty had their insurace reduced to minimum payout.
Something ccp could have done a long time ago if they wanted to stop the abuse.
ccp its easy fix bounties or remove it, the current system serve no purpose.

Claiming bounty that¦s put on your head by yourself is almost as lame as mining. Real piwats don¦t do that, and yes the bounty system is f-ed up rly.

What I bet happened is that; his dad was ****ed cause he didn't get all a's and b's on his report card from school, and his mom podded him because she needs the child-support money from his dad but he won't pay up. :)
