Yeah, anyone who has a bounty that high who didn't put it on themselves would just get an alt to pod themselves. Stupid bounty system, really.

Congrats you put 500mil on the worst pirate in eve's head (if your not 1 of his alts). This is a story on how wokka become a pirate with 1 of the biggest bounties...
His home Ishomilken used to be the home of Shadow Squadron and then a reborn GUC, we pirated the areas of mara and dantumi an surrounding systems to such an extend that it was barren for months. GUC disbanded after the ceo V2GBR (damn i miss him) left the game.
Wokka is a RL friend and I requested he be allowed to join Shadow Squadron after it disbanded he made a corp called Reactor Industries which to quote from corp description "mines, npc's and pirates"  . This isnt a dig at wokka and his corpmates they are mostly a good bunch of guys but when most of the corp arent outlaws and spend the evening mining/mission running I dont think they deserve the title pirates and not 500mil a 500mil bounty

I'd do this just because I owe him one. Once Wokka in a nossadom and one of his mates in a Blasterthron were chasing some of us from Snigg (2x Rax and a Deimos), we were all outlaw and they weren't and they kept chasing us to gates and trying to engage there so we couldn't shoot back. They lacked the skills/setup to lock us before we could warp, so we kept warping to very visible planets in the hope that they would follow and we could have a good fight.
They never did follow us to a planet, they'd just move to the next gate, we'd jump past them and then warp to a planet in the next system they'd go to the next gate, repeat until they got bored and left.
IT MADE ME CRY!!! 
Therefore if I could be arsed to fly out of Delve and stop my sec gaining, go all the way to Ishomilken which is via highsec and if I actually needed 500m I'd do it.
But I don't.
And I'd never get a fight anyway

Right to clear a few things up here ikvar if we wanted to fight you we would have done but as we was only after the one person it made no sense to lose ships to you.
Right kal just because ppl arnt outlaws doesnt mean there not a pirate just means they are more clevar than you guys who are as they can move about and b flexable which lets them move to new areas for targets alowing them abit of choice in what they go for they dont sit at gates and pop everything that comes past which imo is boring theres no fun in it
also yes i did lose my bounty due to a mistake made by me and am not realy bothered about it now as its only is isk

yeah a 11month old member of a noob corp killed him..strange that.
Wokka GUC did camp alot but some of us did alot of belt/complex/0.0 pirating 
Being an outlaw doesnt restrict too much only takes abit of work with a +sec friend. IMO a proper pirate isnt one thats scared about not being able to enter jita

Oh yea....he did "wtf" at the monitor when it happened. I dont think he had the cash to give himself that kinda bounty.
