Depends on the qualities and locations of the agents. Eg if the lvl 3's are +20s, and the lvl 4 is a -20, then stuck with the lvl 3's. It also depends on your abilities. If you struggle with lvl 3's, then dont even attempt lvl 4's. Me like PIE...

Ok, the above setup using T2 gives me: 60% em 78.8% exp 84.7% kinetic 70.75%thermal. Chucking in 1 64% kinetic and 1 64% thermal faction hardener (core x) gives: 87.7% kinetic 76.6% thermic. Pretty sexy! And even better if youve got a faction ...

yeah you have to wait for 24 hours, then he will send you a mail. Missions are along the lines of 'bring me 1k of blah blah minerals' 'bring me 35 science grads' etc. Some are worth it for the double points, such as spedning 30k on mins, or goods,...
