I didn't say we have Megathron's. We have on so far. We need cash fast as we put a lot into our investment. Our price will go up once our need for funds diminishes. Just like in the real market.
If you sell them for more, just buy from us, then sell for your price, then you keep the market where it is and make a profit.
Any new business has to make sacrifices when they first open their doors, once they are financially stable, they can jack their prices.

If you can find a buy for BYOM + 25 million, then buy from someone who is selling cheaper the resell higher.
I can't find a buyer at that price, cause others are selling at the same price. Am I to sit at BYOM+25 million just to keep those that sell at that price happy, no, I need to sell my goods, and I will sell at the current demand value and raise my prices accordingly with market fluctuations.
And last I heard, in the US price fixing is illigal...

By selling at the discounted rate. For a time that you state. You will force your competitors to come down to that rate. Then once you money crisis is over you will not raise the price because your competitors are selling lower and you will not get business... thus the market get worse and worse and you started it.
It is a vicous circle.

And look and the Mins This is not Lvl 5 Production Eff so they are making money on the mins Reqs If you want just come to Us we will have our bp to lvl 5 later today along with Prod lvl 5.

I understand where you are comming from, We also sell many other ships, Cruisers and Frigates and the prices are rediculous. But we also need to move these fast. I hope the pricing listed below will appease some here and add some stability.
1st Megathron: BYOM + 10 million
2nd Megathron: BYOM + 20 million
3rd Megathron: BYOM + 25 million
Price will stay at around BYOM + 25 million after the first 2 orders.
We do not porpusely try to undermine the market, but after asking around, BYOM + 10 mill was what was being thrown around and I didn't think I could sell higher.

silly socialists, when will you learn that competitive pressures will ALWAYS drive the price, not your misguided notion of fair profit.
if no one produced megas because the profit margin was too low then the price of said mega would invariably rise to the point that producers started making them again. you cannot artificially set a price in a free market system without monopolies or cartels and, luckily enough for consumers, there are enough bps on the market to negate that possibility.

This is a open forum, and we should be able to discuss anything that we want as long as we are not going against forum rules. I am not impossing my views on anyone. And obvessly I have not control over that the seller sells there ships at. I am just stating from my perspective. If you think I am wrong then waybe you can tell em why the market is in it current state. I am not close minded. But you are not even trying to discuss this, you are just getting mad at me.

Perhaps because people buy a copy for cheap, spend less time mining to make the 5.5 mil to sell the cruiser at market cost. Compared to their mining the same minerals and having to transport them all over to sell individually, which usually ends up more time and less isk.
Since they can make an unlimited amount of ships per copy, which is much less hassle than an original, they don't need to worry about how MUCH they profit from the ships they sell, as long as they make money.
Bs's are different obviously, but you get my point.

Bit to add to this:
Since you buy a copy, and are able to start production right away, being able to have people transport the minerals required to you, you produce it for a few hours, then get 10 mil isk or whatever, it requires very little work and makes a nice profit for it.
The ***** is actually having to mine/buy&haul for those who do isk only deals, which is why i respect people who offer both types. More work for the production of it to serve the customer.

byom and 10mil will take about 105 bs to make up the price of the bp. not sure if that is a good bargain, but it's his time and factory.. the more the better to me i guess. i would charge more if i were him though.. 105 bs to build before making any profit.. doesnt sound to smart to me ...

I love it when people say "It will be the end of the market!".
Kozak has a fair price on that if you look at this "market" (which i remind is just a tiny game market and not subject economic rules, formulas etc because there isn't real world things affecting it.), Kozaks price of 10, 15, 20, 25 mil is par with the current market rate of retailers selling at 5-30% mark-up. With a majority on the 5% side of things.
If he was a POINEER! and wanted to SAVE THE MARKET from certain DOOM. He could sell at a earth shattering 40% mark-up to save the market.
But who would buy a 40%? No one in EVE because the producers of eve seem to be happy with ~10%.
I know people like to chime in on market issues but it's like like comparing real world foreign politics to a game of RISK. Oh no! Someone conquered Africa! Better send reinforcments to Egypt.

I think the BYOM deals are a great way to do things with certain players in the game. I am mining for a Mega right now so that I can do a BYOM deal, the simple reason is the fact that I am a Miner, I don't go out and hunt NPC players do to the lack of skill to be able to do it safely in low sec area's where it is actually worth it.
Those people who tend to worry about the market in such a way need to step back from the monitor and remeber that EVE is a game meant to be played, it is not meant to govern our lives or cause us to lose sleep at night wondering if we got a good deal.
You worry about the people selling Mega's at low prices with the BYOM deals, what about the guys that are selling them for personal gain on Ebay? Those individuals are who you should focus on, not the honest gamers that are just trying to get their newly accuired business up and running...
