Not sure if reported yet but every other time i undock i get pure black space no stars no space gas no stations no ship. i can however still fly around using the overview and i can (and have) complete missions and salvage like this.
when jumping from system to system the black space is removed only to be replaced with the camera locked at point blank on my port side. i have no camera control at all and can't even 'look at' other items in space.. docking and undocking does seem to clear the issue but takes time and slows down the flow of game.
So far though i still rate this as one of my fav expansions. well done all involved..... |

you are replying to issues posted after my post that have already been addressed .... is there some reason you ignored my issues??
the issues are still continuing even after a full shutdown and restart.... and playing in the dark is kinda frustrating...

ok tried logging out and back in again now i can't get back in the game  wtf?? it says launching then after 15 secs goes back to being a play button.... and no game screen opens  what is going on??? and why are you still only answering selected questions??? thats not helping |

Can you please provide us full details on your computer and graphics card, including your OS, if you've got the most recent drivers, etc? That will help us troubleshoot this issue.
what you mean just post it here in forums? or cancel one of the 2 pets currently being ignored by ccp??? either way NO i had no 'graphical' issues before the expansion and the only thing to have changed is your programing... the issue lies with your expansion not my computer |

the game was ddos attacked a few days ago i know practically nothing about computers... I AM NOT listing my specs in a public forum with the amount of trolls, pirates and blatant thieves im sure someone would misuse any info i should have (but failed to) withhold.... and why should customer service (pets) be dictated and trumped by further f**k ups rather than being resolved with customer service?? either give me unlimited petitions or answer the f**king outstanding petitions that have been active for over a month!!! |

as already stated... why should i cancel one of the 2 petitions i have already got and had for over a month just so you can troubleshoot with the belief that its my computer? that part of the game worked just fine before the expansion and i have made NO changes since this morning when i logged off before the expansion began...
try replying the petitions i have got in play already then i will be able to stroke your egos and pretend its my computer that spontaneously changed at the same time you mad actual changes |

Sweet Jesus your response just hurt my head. How do you expect them to correct an issue with your client if you refuse to provide info... It's simple... Help them Help you. The fact that the servers were DDos'd (if thats true extent of the attack) has no bearing on the fact that you need to provide CCP with info to fix an issue you're having. If you actually think someone can mis--use something like your OS version, VC and GFX driver versions for any purposes is just dumbfounding. you want it fixed then give them something to go on. EOL
F**K YOU i already stated multiple times I DON'T KNOW ENOUGH ABOUT COMPUTERS TO TRUST THE INFORMATION IM PROVIDING WONT COMPROMISE MY OWN COMPUTER SYSTEM... I WOULD PET IT IF THEY WOULD ACTION THE 2 PETS ALREADY SITTING THERE FOR OVER A MONTH!!!! **** this **** guess its my computers fault other people getting graphic issues.... nothing has changed on my system except the ******* expansion!! |

So you know more about computers than i do grats!! go get a kudos bar... i cannot give them the info in a pet until they answer the ones outstanding... i don't see what help posting it there would do seeing as its been a month since i first posted the ones i got and they are just being ignored...and thats a month where no major issue distracted them from replying
the dev who responded said ALL system info not just OP and graphics card info... so now you slammed down a player for knowing less than you about how computer works, does it make you feel superior? maybe a PAID employee can explain how to make a petition when we are limited to 2 without the need to cancel an issue without receiving the appropriate customer service.. great way to ignore paying customers if they are forced to remove pets just to make another! |

less petty elitism would help with the calm... yet seeing as it all means nothing unless i drop one issue being ignored for another unless one of these devs would actually post a reply showing exactly what info they want like

and so on
then i can give them what they want and know my home system will not be targeted by their enemies who do stuff like ddos attacks.. i don't have 100's of staff and tons of money to throw at such issues or they can do what we pay them for and answer month old petitions... so i can continue to use that system as it was intended |

Everytime you connect to the cluster you deliver "them" more relevant data than the stuff they are asking you for right now...your "home system" is totally irrelevant as a dos target for "their enemies". It's relevant as a source for "their enemies" though,...but that's totally unrelated to whatever scenario you are trying to create here...
only problem with having to reply is i keep sayin same stuff lol the pets have nothing to do with this how can they as stated over and over they a month old at least if not longer one goes back to retribution and and im awaiting a senour (well over gm paygrade) to reply... so obviously not very concerned with cash paying 7 year players but hey computer games companies the world over are renowned for a complete lack of customer service.. i wouldn't stand in a shop for a month to talk with someone from customer service and my money is no different when in a shop than it is when im paying for eve.. as for bug report thanks for the link i posted origanally on page 3 or 4 between trollers and even a few helpful suggestions i have managed to get the nothingness to stop - by opening map closing map - though i think this shows bad programing pathways for this to be effective, yet as stated im not a programer i cant just lift the hood and fiddle with the game program like so many others are claiming to do and maybe the link that brought me to the forum to disguss the issues with the expansion should have taken me to the page for bug reports... again must be my fault for not popping the hood and writting ccp's software for them!
as for scenarios for how anyone who would attack ccp would attack a home system... I MAKE NONE.. i simply state that anyone who would interrupt 65k+ players for over 18 hours cost ccp god and ccp only know how much - could easily use the wrong info given to totally wipe out someones system by using that info to make hacking simpler and then who knows what they are willing to do if they are willing to commit cyber terrorism... |
