Remove Incarna WiS Features altogether.

Do not even both releasing the other CQ, because really, NO ONE GIVES THE F***. This was proven by CCP as they canned it. Till a MUCH LATER date. NeX is Pointless CQ is pointless Just get ride of it all. Incarna was something cool to make EVE new again. Now its just the same old game like 2 years ago. Why cant you just make a public CQ over these private CQ? Now i look at my Avatar and get to remember what could have been EVE, but is now just spaceships. Dont leave me INTERNET BARBIE

WiS is now just one of those forgotten broken Game mechanics that Every one will just ignore. Until people start bitching that its broken and needs fixing like all other in-game stuff that people have been bitching about. Every one the forum showed they dont like half finish Mechanics, so instead of new **** they want the old stuff fix. Well sorry to tell you all, but WiS is now a "old" thing that needs to be fixed. WoD shelved for same reason. (No point developing the rest if there's no core engine to support it for both above) Remaining WoD crew will continue working on the problem.
