Those drones will be dealing over five times the damage of normal drones. Still don't have that fear factor? :p
They would if drones are represented in different lines of thickness to indicate how strong they are. I mean, if you are thinking of engaging in a battle, you only see "x" that are all the same, which is a hard indication on whether you can win or lose if you want to engage. If not, might as well have a text version of Eve because I can not differentiate on how powerful they can be.
Just my thoughts.

will full skills 5 drones would outdamage 15 drones from the dominix. but 5 drones will not outdamage 35 drones from the moros. and even if they do, the 5 drones will all togather have less hp then the 35 drones making the moros nerfed. 5 drones was suppose to be somewhat equal to 15 drones from the dominix, but will not be anywhere near equal to the moros with its 35 drones.

Moros gets a +70% damage to drones per level, making 5 Moros drones worth a hell lot more than 15 Dominix drones...

if your talking about damage yes, but not hp. Those 5 drones from the Moros has less survivability then the Moros with 35 drones!

someone @ ccp needs to retake math lessons.
5*450% != 100%*35 effectiveness lol.. although id hate to see a moros with sentries.. Can you say 1 shotting BSes?

ppl are not saying that they will not be strong, ppl are saying that the drones will be relatively easy to pop

Actually, while I hate the drone changes, their math here is fine. It's 5*2*3.5, which is exactly equal to 35.

I agree with the drone changes but Caldari are getting shafted once again.
Already have a tiny drone bay reduced still further...how many Caldari pilots have actually bothered to train Drone skills up to a good level (Tech II I'm talking). We are still trying to get missiles back to what they were after the last patch (which I am happy to report I am ALMOST back to pre patch levels)
I mean 3 drones in a Raven?? Plus I'll now have to train up for another 2 months or so to make use of the new skills...ball ache or what!!
Those 6 drones are the only way I can do lvl 4 missions...getting rid of those pesky lil warp scamblers and webbers.
I think we should have a lotto for the next set of planned patches to say which race gets shafted..err nerfed...err balenced (yes thats the word!!) next

Tux has said that the Moros will either get a drone hp bonus per lvl or just a static hp bonus. It won't prolly be equal to 35 current drones worth of hp but it will be significant, making the Moros' drones the most difficult to kill.
And yeah, Moros with "super sniper" drones should be friggen scary. :p
