All of which lost their ships, 1 at the point of contact and the other 3 trying to leave the system. Reason given was that I was in their way of their prey which was Pyr8 who I was engaged with at that time when they attacked me. just as weak of an excuse as the apology given.

I think my best guess is that he's saying he feels that lowsec is free for all, so why should he be penalised for shooting someone? I could certainly be wrong though? Any other ideas?

Your pilots assisted a pirate who was engaged by an Electus Matari Hunter. When the true nature of the situation was explained to you your response was less than diplomatic so our hunters only recourse was to respond in kind. When further diplomatic contact was sought to resolve this and related matters in a peaceful way your response was again, less than cordial. Since your pilots reside in the secure areas of the Republic our only remaining course of action was to declare war. Perhaps in future if you are prepared to negotiate in a civilised fashion we can avoid all this unpleasantness. I am persoanlly glad that this matter has been resolved with further violence, until our paths cross again bon chance.

Telemicus thrace, personnelement I had any trace of the attempts at dialogue between your alliance and our corporation. I do all that I can for kept this it remains aeden.. But if you can await the return of our CEO to be able to discuss in game I you thank advance for it.

I attacked Al the day before, or I was in the way of your corp memebrs atempt at killing pyr8. Stick to one story. Stop making up excuses for your pilots stupid moves. I don't attack people for the fun of it, if I shoot you its because you've done something very stupid.

I suggest you restrain yourself from threats in the negotiations at this point. I am not a member of Electus Matari alliance, but I can assure you that these guys have diplomatic ties as well and can bring a lot of firepower to the table if needed. I expect you to stop that war DuAel You are a small corp and I indeed marvelled at your courage when our attempts to resolve this matter through diplomatic means were dismissed so utterly out of hand. It should be made clear at this point that after the official declaration of war was made your representatives successfully pursued a cease fire agreement before the end of the 24hour grace period under Concord law. I have heard no reports of our hunter engaging your pilots prior to the unfortunate event that started us on this road. I assure you that your pilot would only have been attacked if engaged in an act of piracy. If you do indeed seek a lasting peace then this cease fire is the perfect opportunity to re-open diplomatic channels. Until a resolution is found we will maintain the cease fire status. I think sentiments such as "we do not seek war at this time" do not lend much hope to a diplomatic endeavour but let us set that aside as a translator malfunction rather than the sound of a sabre rattling. As you can see we are quite serious about defending our shipping from pirates and of course the cessation of such activities would be chief among our demands.
