There's always new places to explore and new stuff to learn. I haven't visited most of eve and I've been playing for 2 years. I really only intimately know a few places I have called home and some of the trading hubs. Name me a bunch of systems and I'll probably only recognise a few. The thing I love about eve is how a lot of systems are full of history. I'll always remember yulai as the place the Zombies tanked concord (and got banned ^^), for example.

how the heck is he flying a machariel in 5 mths of playing eve anyways... I didnt start flying a BS till ~ my 6th.. let alone a pirate faction BS..

simple i trainedd my learningskills first then my advanced learning skills then ship skills and save my mins from 4 months of mission grinding . got a bpc and built the ship. the reson for the crappy guns well i havent had time to train the large wepon skill yet but its only 1 day away . the reason the ship was fitted so crapilly is bacause i was transporting it home where over time it will get the mods worthy of it . but i guess ill have to make do with large true sansha reps and faction ah untill then huh

1. You can tell its a sentry gun if u look in overview as theres one 500m distance
2. I dont think ive ever seen a set up THAT BAD  its a shame a faction BS has been given to such a noob

well would you transport a ship thru eve space without any modules installed ? no? neither would i !i used what i had at the time

Minmatar Sentry guns = Aall other sentries. Theyve got a pretty blue moving shield. The only thing worth checking out in that hole we call minmatar space

I flew my first bs after about 25 days, i lost it on the 27th but meh

If its a sentry gun, how come its not got a logo on it? He's got them shown on his overview, so it should have the little o- sign on it....

That's Jovian, and on closer inspection appears to be cruiser class, seen from a distance...
Probably a dev messing around or something

I dont know if it has already been mentioned however...
The UFO is not a UFO at all, its a Minmatar sentry gun.
The cycling shield on the sentry gun is what makes it look like an engine in one end.

First piece of advice I gave to Laz when he stated, was to specialise in one ship class at a time, so Frigates first, then cruiser, hes highly proficient in thoes classes. I explained to him, and now you that theres no point having skill points invested into eveything if you cant use them with some degree of effectiveness. It's generaly regarded as specialisation! You just have to look at his rating with republic security services, 9.69 to see where he gets his passion and isks from, and of course a little help from his friends. :)
Besides, it's good to have goals in this game, and nice looking ships, if you are Minny, has to be one of em.

your advice was sage my master, i have followed it dilligantley and look at my reward . and i have also learned a great deal from your lvl 4 misisons .not to mention isk. who knows i might even buy my soul back from you , you still have it ?

I did have cruiser 5 way before having the BS skill and med tech 2 guns before I got the BS skill trained up heh. I also did do the learning skills first then mined bist/crok out in the vale. To each his own i guess. How did he run l4s if he couldnt even use large guns though... sorry it just seems highly implausible.

i wasnt running the lvl 4 jj was, i was in the masters gang.and he let me keep /sell the loot as i chose . honestly i dont know what the fuss is about .

sorry about that.. was just getting confused by your wording... you said you were running l4s but you said you couldnt even use large guns which made it more confusing as i was under the impression you were running them solo with med guns.

it was being transported from its build station to my home sector.
as you can see this is a young char and all my skill training time has been devoted to training for theese ship skills . as a result my large gunnery skill is still 2 days away hence the mediums . this is not this ships final fitting . i have a fair collection of the nessasary mods. and im trying to gather some isk for the large arty/autocannons .
