The following is an actual chat log from Obe local from this evening between the Takamatsu Corporation and NBSI. NBSI are very angry and disturbed at the recent influx of garbage into obe by the Takamatsu Corportion.
Representatives from the Takamatsu corp have had their chatlogs italicized for greater ease of reading, while NBSI logs have been bolded.

NBSI realizes that the Caldari Navy "claims" obe.....but unfortunately for the Takamatsu Corporation the Navy has no presence in Obe. We will not rest until every Mallard has been set free from the six-pack rings!!!

I hope someone takes their starbase down. I mean, out of hundreds of starbases, why do they get in the news for putting one up? After that lame garbage event, they don't deserve any kind of publicity, especially for something that mundane.

After having spoken to Mr. Estevez he has pledged his undying support for the mallards of Obe 6, and hopes to see the new Takamatsu station fall in flames.....that or see the total elimination of the dreaded "six-pack ring" from the Obe system.

Takamatsu Starbase Generates
Controversy

Independent observers have validated that
the Takamatsu Trading Exchange has been
dumping garbage into their starbase,
confirming the worst fears of the native
population. Approximately 4.5 million units of
garbage were dumped by the sixth planet,
and while most was burned up in
atmosphere, a substantial amount has been
drifting around the moons of the sixth planet
for two days now. Children's toys, biomass,
fertilizer, tobacco products, and waste debris
from dozens of planets now dim the light
from the system's primary. Rumors have
surfaced of prominent Obe citizens searching
for mercenaries to stop the garbage dumping.
Obe system's residents, among them several
prominent fringe merchants, are not happy
with the actions of the Takamatsu
corporation. The day before yesterday the
sentiment quickly grew to violence as the
ôNBSIö alliance opened fire on a Takamatsu
Bustard tender, quickly destroying the ship
while the Takamatsu leader ordered the rest
to dock and return to the starbase.
Among the comments slung around local
were seemingly hostile comments about the
Caldari State. Lunas Feelgood, of NBSI,
stated, ôNBSI is in control of this area and
the Caldari navy is not here,ö to which the
Takamatsu leader called his actions ôpiracy,ö.
Lunas Feelgood responded ôAgain this is not
piracy its simply murder.ö
Feelgood's sentiments were mirrored in his
fellow pod-pilots. ôNo matter how bloated
your egos are,ö the TAKA leader said, ôyou're
not the rulers here. The Caldari State is. You
can expect some consequences.ö ôWe wait
for those with open arms,ö pilot Gazmus
stated, while his fellow pilot Philip Sterling
put bluntly, ôthey may have sovereignty, but
we have the confirmation of several killsö
The Caldari State has yet to release an
official statement on the matter.
