I missed the official 4S statment where they publicly distanced themself from the rl groups that comitted these acts. I assume you have the link...

Just because someone said that "SAS" doesn't represent the british military wing, I can't be offended by that acronym?
No lets NOT twist it. CCP have obviously decided that INTENT is the deciding factor. Why? If they DIDNT do it like that, every corp name and ticker in EVE could be in danger. But as long as people have the braines to come up with a possible and more important plausable alternative interpretation, they are pretty much safe.
4S dug thier own grave insisting that 4S indeed did reference what was suspected it did.
This has happened to player names all along. Now its moved to corp level. Nothing strange about it. Its really the only right way to do this.
Funny thing here is, that I know a 4S member or two, and what they said to me was that they werent really angry they lost thier name in the final ruling, just that the same didnt happen to SAS. So they seem to know that thier name violated the EULA. (The members I was talking to anyways.) So why people are defending them I dont know...

'k, found the post I wanted to see on page 6 of this thread. A good Don ZOLA post.
I will now stop comenting on this, and leave it to CCP and 4S to fix this.
Yes, they are talking. So shouldnt we all just let them do that, and let this rest for now?
