Was it a "mistake" when the SAS was implicated in the bombing of the Qala-i-Janghi detention facility in November 2001, killing 448 prisoners of war?
Sorry to shatter your illusions, but the SAS is every bit as dirty as every other military force that has ever existed.

1) 4S is now linked to what amounts to a terrorist act. Regardless if their actions ultimately caused a crash or not that was their intent. Would be bombers irl are treated the same. It's not only the act but the planning of said act even if it failed that is criminal.
You said terrorists? Let's call Mr. Bush!
Don't even joke about that. The way British and US law are written, you could make a case for it.

You're assuming they would even ask. They didn't ask the Italians when they went in and kidnapped that suspected terrorist, and they nearly got 2 Italian agents killed because of it.

Then you are making a mistake. Your mistake is that you have chosen to trust ANY media source. "Ours" are no more trustworth than "thiers". The only thing both sides seem to agree on, is that yes the facility was bombed, yes it was full of POWs, and yes the SAS were directly involved. And you say you trust the BBC, well EVEN THEY reported on this story.

That's right, you weren't. The only people who WERE there that are still alive, are the people who would face war crimes charges if they told the truth. You want a reason why they might lie? There's a pretty good one right there.

Of course there was an uprising. The first duty of a prisoner of war is to escape. The second duty is to tie up as many of the enemy's resources as possible in guarding you.
And NOWHERE is it permissable for the capturing party to summarily execute the entire population of an internment camp, uprising or no.
