Must haves:
Advanced Mass Production V
Capital Construction V
Advanced Lab Operation V
Full compliment of science skills (or very nearly) for construction/research, etc. If I had to choose a racial starship engineering, it'd be caldari or minmatar (honestly if you have both and not amarr/gallente, I won't sweat it)
Very Nice To Haves:
Jump Drive Cal V
Jump Freighters IV-V
Racial Freighter that is *NOT* Gallente IV-V (Minmatar/Caldari preferred) IV-V
Reasonably good trade skills
Reasonably good scanner skills
Nice To Haves:
Rorqual piloting with perfect refine skills
In a perfect world I'd like this char to be able to construct and research everything, with perfect (as per Halada) mining/rorqual skills, perfect scanning (including cov ops) and perfect trading, as well as perfect jump freighter skills. This isn't a perfect world, so show me what you have that is close. I have a very decent budget to work with, so if you're sick of carebear-land, lets hook each other up. |

I like it, but I'd prefer to wait and see if I can find someone with less combat (gallente stuff) and more manufacturing/science. Very, very close to what I want though, so I'll keep you in mind. |

Bump. So far Davst is the most interesting. Blake is a close second, the scanning skills/proteus skills are nice (not necessarily what I'm looking for, but nice). Anoebis has already sold his character. Tropic might have sold his, and Wise_Wolf is too few skills I want with too many I don't. =(
Gonna go another 24 hours, post your indy alts. Capital ships + T3, PI, Rhea or Nomad, decent scanning skills, great science and decent trade skills are my ideal. At the end of 24 hours, if no other contenders show up and he's still available, will be buying Davst. |
