Up for auction is a weekly mining/ratting pass in F-E controlled space which includes TRIBUTE and VALE of The Silent. Access will be given to dock in stations and refine and a positive standing to the alliance so you will have safe passage through all of our controlled space.
* COMPLETE ACCESS to Tribute and Vale of the Silent
* DOCKING RIGHTS to all stations in our alliance controlled space (currently TRIBUTE and VALE)
Why mine veld when you can mine Crokite, Mercoxit and Bistot? A large barge can easily mine 200 units of crokite every 180 second cycle. Thats over 4000 units of crok every hour, which refines into almost 12000 zydrine! Based on current zyd prices of 3800 a unit thats almost 50 mil isk an hour per large barge!
For a mining corp this is a LICENSE TO PRINT ISK! A 20 man mining corp can easily make 5 billion+++ a week in our space. Here's your chance to get into 0.0 space without having to fight to take it or defend it.
TERMS and CONDITIONS

- Payments will be made before downtime the day PRIOR to the start of the contract i.e. if your contract is supposed to start on Monday 11/28 then payement must be made before Sunday 11/27 downtime. The weekely payment must be received in a likewise mannor i.e. in this example by Sunday 12/4 before downtime or on Monday all standings will be reset from poisitive to neutral and the pass revoked.
- Passes will be on a MONDAY - MONDAY (7 day) basis starting at uptime.
- Corps in hostile alliances/corps will not be considered for the mining/ratting pass
- Corps in an alliance that becomes hostile will lose their rights to Tribute and Vale and will standings will be reset. All fees will be forfeited and rights revoked.
Weekly fee will be paid to alliance holding corp... details will be provided.
* STARTING BID 50 mil
* BID INCREMENTS 10 mil
* AUCTION END SUNDAY 11/13 19:00 EVE TIME

So with this we can come and go freely into 0.0 without fear of getting blown up? Will we be able to dock and have hangers at your stations?
How can we refine ore up there? Is there a refinery? |

Do you have troubble reading? There will always be people that blow u up. Your never 100% safe.
But i guess joining F-E for mining up there is cheaper and easyer then buying a mining pass.

You could join the alliance but then you become a war target. If you lose just one BS as an alliance member it would be cheaper to get the mining pass I think.

I think that we should increase the price quite a bit. 50m is nothing. As you said, a barge can make that much isk in an hour.
If you get a pass, you will be blue to alliance. The alliance will not shoot you while you are in alliance space. Any roving bands (and there are plenty) will of course still shoot you. As I understand the terms, we (FE) offer no protection to your ops. This only gets you a pass to not be shot by us (FE).

If you have any questions feel free to convo me if I'm online. We're only giving out a limited number of mining passes. The larger the industial/mining corp the more sense this makes. On a side note you can use factory slots and sell items in 0.0 space also, so there are multiple ways for you you make ISK.

would we sworn enermys of PA and pals (that included FE atm) be able to access your space for a week if we win, i mean moving a battle pos down there and some spare ships would be a tactical advantage for sure
not to mention, if my alt wins, if i loose a ship while fighting u guys, i can just get him to undock and resuply me with a new ship
you see the problem with an open auction pass yet???

But if you can't dock, its pretty much impossible to do anything in terms of mining... you've got to set up a POS. And I doubt one would last long up there

This post still makes it sound like fe have the space shut down ect. When infact you could log into eve now and head up there and proberly kill a few fe barges befor thay relise whats going on so this post is missleading and those handing over isk will not be safe as the post sugests

Mods please clean up this rampent trolling. FoE, I know you guys are bitter that we took your stations, but that was six months ago get over it. I know you dont like us, but to lie and slander us like this is completly in appropriate. This is the sales forms. We hunt and kill any pirates who enter our space. It is 0.0 space ppl attack, but to imply that your alliance controls any part of our space is absurd. |

It is currenty uncontroled there are numorious systems claimed by difrent alliances this is not your space and people should not be told that thay wil be safe. i did not claim it was owned by foe.

Well then, in that case.
WTA mining pass into FE space. RichThugster offers no protection to your mining ops, i just wont shoot you whilst in FE space. The price? 25mil a corp. send to me and i wont shoot you. i accept no responsibility if my corp/alliance/friends/anyone kills you

IF FE suck, you wont run from fleet battles any more then? right??? for the record FE had 30 frigs most t1 and you had 24 ships 9 bs, 5 HAC's and the rest ceptors and AF's.
It not our fault we have people ready to fight and you only got kills by blobbing solo crusers so if you are gona make a fleet and come to our space I recomed you either except we will form a blob and kill you or you stay out of FE space.
I think that people that jump into OBE or TAISY for saftey are total loosesr and are the loosers, at least proper PVP corps like .5. or BOB have the respect to fight when they come to our areas. Now please look in the mirror and ask ur self who is really the looser here,
