quick question, what skills do u need to start alliance along with 1 bil isk?

I heard it was 2 bill.
I don't think you need any skills other than the ability to press the 'Create alliance" button

Actually, looking at the player guide it says it's 1 bil, Empire Control level 5 and 1 mill maintenece fee for every corp in the alliance per month. I don't know if they've upped it since that was written, I'm sure someone was complaining about it here a while ago.

It's the buzz that some alliance leaders in the past got their skills maxed out to be able to create an alliance just to carry the novelty without them actually being worthy.
I'm sure some moderator will tell me off for trolling but the buzz is consistant.

they diddnt maxed there skills at all, but they granted them a alliance before they had trained the skills to 5, but they had to promese to train the skills furter right away
and it is indeed empire control lvl 5 and 1 billion to make it + 1 mil fee a month a corp inside the allaince
