firstly, his pod got "shot"
secondly, he fights pvp, ofcourse he's gonna get shot down

The point being, poor little popsicle here doesn't PVP, lives in his own little world believing his alliance still owns the region they named after, managed his way onto a killmail where Zap died in a interceptor killed by 3 interceptors, and then realisation kicks in....
OMG!!! I KILLED 1 OF THE MOST FAMOUS PEOPLE IN EVE!!! OMG I RAWRK!!! I NEED TO TELL EVERYONE!
So, allow him this 15 minutes of fame.

P.S. I have got ZAP killed many times!

There are three inties on his killmail so its not like it was a 1v1 and you lost one intie trying to take him down.
Why dont we all post on the forums everytime we pod someone and auction the corpses :P

i dont claim anything or anyone's pwnage
i am not saying i am an uber pvper or anything, i do pvp for fun and not all the time
Zap just die as me, as anyone else who PVP or not
even with great care and skills everyone got shot a day
any politicals comments have no sense here, its in relation with the kill, not with this post
i wont be CEO, ruler the region or god for that, don't tell things i havent even think about
take this as information, nothing else
