Talwars are given away for free, so of course they are not reimbursed.
Navy Apoc are not reimbursed nor, nor iirc ever, since they are not a doctrine fit and we only reimburse doctrine fits.
We don't have a T3 doctrine as far as I know so we wouldn't reimburse them anyhow, outside of special snowflake boosters and what not.
And your Apoc info and such is incorrect, please find better spies. |

Now if we go through the huge losses at B-D and PFX I don't see a single "special snowflake booster" Navy Apoc. Now I see your Loki boosters and the occassional odd ball Proteus because they end up on the killmails too. Your lies are getting sloppy kid.

People have leftover Navy Apocs from when it was the mainstay of the Foxcat fleet. This was pre-Odyssey, but when the regular Apoc was buffed on most relevant stats it became obsolete and a waste of money. As the war progresses the only people flying them will be the rich, and those with legacy leftovers they want to sacrifice to the killboard god.

Test reimbursement does not work like Goon reimbursement. Test finance types put money into the finance wallet from an outside source on an as-needed basis. This means the wallet should, be design, always appear empty.
I no longer have access to the reimbursement queue, but if its anything like it was during the Delve invasion/-A- dismemberment it grows long during a period of intense conflict, since the reimbursement drone team is not expanded due to an acute spike. It is slowly worked down as requests are verified and put to bed, via payment being made from the wallet transfers.
A perusal of our killboard would imply a general reduction in reimbursable deaths recently, so I imagine the drones are getting on top of it and are now allowed their shoelaces back, but are not yet permitted razorblades.
Does this explanation help you understand how we work? Can it possibly act to put this myth to bed? Because if it doesn't then you really are just spinning propaganda, and this conversation becomes far less interesting. |
