Didn't belive you, but was not sure.. so I asked suport.

Trust me, it's not in game.
Some of the biggest skill buffs in the game dont have this one. That means its not around.
Support are at best "semi" knowledgable.

Funny...
Usually if the coders and their support team say a feature is unavailable, its unavailable.
Just because all the big game players don't have a very specific item doesn't mean it's not in play at all.
I bet you not very many people have Neophite, but it's there nonetheless.
I just think someone's cranky they don't have it for sale ;)

All connections skills that are in-game come from agents.
This one isn't released yet. Its in a whole pool of skills that simply aren't released. Just because its on the market, doesn't mean it exists, and vice versa.
