It's a popularity contest, or something people do for ***** and giggles, but never anything actually serious. I've had the opportunity to up vote you at least 4 times and all of the Rains at least once. But the scores keep getting reset, or people are out to skew the results toward ugly-tars. People like me, I guess. I don't upvote the "purty mouthes", I give my vote to the most original character concepts- and often they are ugly as hell, but really funny to look at.
